~Mina~

I guess I'm still a little weirded out about last night. Not just Lucy sleepwalking, but that wolf; it seems so familiar to me. My fingers twirl my silver cross necklace while I become lost in my thoughts.
"Woohoo! Mi-na?" I get snapped out of my daze by my boyfriend John. I blink and look into his baby blue eyes. He looks so cute with his curly brown hair and his pink lips pulled across his face in a dimply smile that i quickly kiss them.
"Sorry, I'm just a little weirded out about last night."
"Why?" he asks, "What happened?"
"Lucy was sleepwalking and she walked straight into the forest."
"Jeez, that's pretty freaky."
just as he says that, Lucy walks over and sits across the cafeteria table from me and John.
"Hey guys." she greets us as she takes her seat.
"Hey Lucy," John says, "I heard you were walking in your sleep last night."
"Walkin' in your sleep, were ya?" Quince, Lucy's guy-friend who wishes he were her real boyfriend, says, his voice thick with his Texan accent, as he sneaks behind herand wraps his arms around her stomach, "So I'm guessin' I'm gonna have to be leavin' my window open from now on?"
Lucy giggles, "Shut up!" and tries to shake him off her. He finally releases his grip on her and sits on her right, propping his muddy tennis shoes on the table right in front of her. Lucy smirks and smacks Quince's feet off the table.
Quince is very good looking, in the typical movie-star/Abercrombie&Fitch/football-star kind of way, with buzz cut hair, tan skin, and lots of muscles.
Jack Abraham, son of Doctor Abraham, and Arthur, Lucy's actual boyfriend, join us at the table, Arthur at Lucy's side and Jack at mine.
Arthur is handsome in a very classy way, especially in his school uniform.
Jack is a lot more disheveled looking, with his five-o-clock shadow and messy dark hair.
"Woah!" Quince exclaims, "Now who are they?"
What he is obviously reffering to is the three girls who justed walked into the cafeteria. Each one has smooth, pale skin and red lips, but each has a different hair type and appear to be different ages.
The oldest-looking of them all has straight ink-black hair, the youngest has blonde hair that flows in curls down her back to her waist, and the third has wavy light brown hair.
All three of them have skin so white they almost blend perfectly with their uniform white button-up shirts, and all of them are unbelievably gorgeous, like supermodels.
They all move from table to table, talking and flirting easily with whoever they choose, guys and girls.
"I don't know," I answer to Quince's question, "I've never seen them before."
"I have," Quince says, "well, in my dreams. Except their skirts were a lot shorter and a yardstick was involved." All of the guys laugh, except for Abe; he looks at the three girls as if he's studying them.
"Anyway," Arthur says, "You all are going to the party tomorrow night?"
We all nod our heads and agree that we're going.
Tomorrow night on Halloween there's going to be a bonfire party out in the woods and everyone is going.
I look back over at the three strange girls. One of them, the one with the black hair, leaves the table she's at and walks towards ours. She even walks perfect; each step is nimble and light, almost as if she's floating.
"Hi," she says, "I'm Esmerelda." Her voice is seductive and seems to resonate throughout the air. She also seems to have an accent that sounds very Russian.
Her eyes are a very bizarre color. They're a deep amber color, almost red, and seems to reflect off the light of the room.
"Well hello there Esmerelda," Quince greets happily, holding out his hand for her to shake, "I'm Quince P. Morris, but the ladies call me Quincey. Pleased to make your acquaintance."
She only loooks down at his hand as if it's covered with leprosy and mutters, "Indeed." then turns her atention to Lucy. Esmerelda smiles, revealing a set of perfect glistening white teeth. "And what is your name, beautiful?"
"I'm Lucinda Anne Murray." She answers blankly, then holds out her hand. "Pleasure to meet you."
Esmeralda takes Lucy's hand and wraps it in both of hers. "The pleasure is all mine."
She then walks away. but not before taking one last look at Lucy.
"Les-bo!" Arthur comments in a sing-songy voice.
Lucy looks down at her hands and rubs them together. "God, her hands were freezing!" she says under her breath.
That girl Esmerelda creeps me out. It's not just her looks, or her eyes, or the way she acted around Lucy, but it was her presence; it's very frightening.
I wrap my fingers around my silver cross necklace and a feeling of calm washes over me.

chapter 1 : [link]

introducing Dracula's 3 "sisters"
the idea of Dracula's sister coming on to Lucy was actually what gave me the idea for this whole story. i was watching the movie Dracula and i thought about Dracula turning Lucy into a vampire. i thought "wait, if he's after Mina, then what does he want Lucy for?" and then i thought, "wait! what if it wasn't actually Dracula that turned Lucy but one of Dracula's brides who turned Lucy becuz she was a lesbo? XD woah, :O that 's actually not a bad idea" and ssure enough that's what spawned this story. inspiration comes in strange ways doesn't it? ;P
