Ursula

A design for a live action version of Ursula the Sea Witch from Disney's Little Mermaid.
I wanted to draw her as having rope- like dread locks, the underwater effect allowing it to resemble tentacles.
Since its not colored in yet, i should detail that she is black, and her hair is naturally purple, the color as her tentacle skin, with silver highlight streaks. Likewise her eye shadow is purple with silver glitter and her lips a deep crimson red with a glossy sheen; basically she is a glamor queen who paints herself up over excessively in an attempt to make herself more appealing towards those she wants to strike a bargain (just like any good sales rep, or any other type of con artist lol)
